Refund Policy
1. Deposits
Deposits reserve project time and begin planning, design, and implementation work. For that reason, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.
2. Completed work
Payments made for work already completed, delivered, or approved are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled before significant work begins, FireCore Solutions LLC may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund minus time already spent, planning costs, or purchased third-party items.
4. Subscription or support retainers
Ongoing support or maintenance arrangements, if offered, are governed by the terms stated in the service agreement or invoice for that arrangement.
